Where everyone starts
Free
Individual landlords and anyone with one place to let
Publish a property at no cost, for as long as it takes to let it.
- Publish once your identity is verified — the verification itself is free.
- Photos, the asking price and the date it is available from.
- Enquiries come to you directly. We take no cut of the rent or the sale.
- Mark it taken and it comes down the same day.
Featured placement
Anyone with a property that needs to move faster
Paid on top of a free listing, to put one property in front of more people.
- Featured position in the results people are already scrolling.
- Applied per property and for a set period, so it is spent on the one that needs it.
- The listing itself stays free — this buys attention, not the right to be listed.
For agencies and brokers
Agencies, brokers and land sellers listing at volume
Built around a portfolio rather than a single property.
- Manage many listings from one verified account.
- Already on the property-management system? Vacant units publish from their own record at no extra cost, and close themselves on move-in.
- Featured placement available across the portfolio.
Placement is priced case by case for now
Listing itself is free and that is settled. What featured placement costs is not yet published as a rate card — get in touch and we will tell you plainly what it would be for your property.
Questions
- Is listing really free?
- Yes. Publishing a property costs nothing and there is no listing quota. What is paid for is extra visibility on a listing that is already live.
- Do house-hunters pay to see my listing or to contact me?
- No. Browsing, shortlisting and enquiring are free and always will be. Nobody is charged to reach you.
- Do you take a commission on the rent or the sale?
- No. Whatever a tenant or buyer pays you is between you and them. We are the place the enquiry came from, not a party to the deal.
- Why do I have to verify my identity if listing is free?
- Because free listing without a check is what makes a marketplace worth a scammer’s time. The verification is free too, and it is what a house-hunter is actually trusting when they enquire.
